The picture was well boxed and arrived in one piece!!!. It is everything I hoped it would be. The colours brighten the room and goes exactly where I wanted it. There was no problem hanging the picture just that special rawl plugs for our wall had to be used . We had already anticipated this so it was easy to hang.

No. We use DURST UV direct-to-glass printers with UV-resistant inks — rated for 100+ years indoors. Colors are cured directly into the glass surface at 1200 dpi.
Is tempered glass safe?
Yes. Our 3/16" (4 mm) glass is heat-tempered — 5x stronger than standard glass. If the glass ever does break, it fractures into small blunt granules instead of sharp shards.
Will the glass arrive damaged?
Very unlikely. Every piece is protected with custom corner foam inserts (larger sizes get additional EVA foam padding), then placed in a reinforced cardboard box made to fit each product and size. Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it immediately — no questions asked.
What is GREENGUARD Gold certification?
UL GREENGUARD Gold means our inks have been independently tested for extremely low chemical emissions — the highest indoor air quality standard. Safe for homes with children, pets, and healthcare environments.
