No. We print on DURST industrial UV presses — the gold standard in flatbed printing. The UV-cured inks bond into the surface at a molecular level and are rated for 100+ years of indoor color stability. That applies across all of our materials: tempered glass, aluminum composite, brushed aluminum and canvas. Combined with UL GREENGUARD Gold certification, your piece keeps its day-one vibrancy.

We print at 1200 dpi — far beyond what most screens can display — so pieces usually look richer in person. Minor variation can occur depending on your display's brightness and color profile, but our color-management system holds 98%+ accuracy to the digital proof. If you're ever unsatisfied, you have 30 days to return it.

Our glass is heat-tempered and 5× stronger than standard glass. If it ever breaks, it fractures into small, blunt granules — not sharp shards — like a car windscreen. The hidden steel floating mount is engineered to hold many times the artwork's own weight. Aluminum and canvas pieces carry no breakage risk at all, so for nurseries and high-traffic rooms we often recommend those instead.

UL GREENGUARD Gold is the highest indoor air-quality standard. It means our UV inks have been independently tested and certified for extremely low chemical emissions — safe for homes with children and pets, schools and healthcare settings. It isn't a marketing claim; it's third-party audited.

Tempered glass: printed from behind, so the image is sealed. The polished surface catches light and gives a 3D-like depth; it never gathers dust and cleaning can't damage it.

Every order ships with free express delivery worldwide. Production takes 1–2 business days and delivery typically lands within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Every order includes tracking, so you can follow the piece from our studio to your wall.

Very unlikely. Every piece is protected with custom-cut corner foam; larger sizes get an extra layer of EVA padding. It then goes into a reinforced box built for that exact size and is quality-checked individually before dispatch. In the rare event something goes wrong, send us a photo and we'll ship a replacement — no questions asked.

Yes. Glass, aluminum composite and brushed aluminum pieces arrive with a pre-installed hidden steel floating mount that lifts the artwork 3/4" (2 cm) off the wall, creating a shadow line that makes it appear to float. You'll only need wall anchors suited to your wall type and a spirit level. Canvas ships rolled, ready for your own framer to stretch.

A concealed steel floating mount comes pre-installed on the back, suspending the piece 3/4" (2 cm) from the wall. Mark two points with the included template, insert your anchors and hang. The whole job takes under 10 minutes and needs no second pair of hands.

The mount is positioned for the artwork's intended orientation. If you'd like to hang it differently, email us at contact@insigneartdesign.com before ordering — we'll adjust the mount during production at no extra cost.

A soft damp cloth is all it takes. On glass the print is sealed behind the pane, so the front is plain uncoated tempered glass — no special cleaner needed. Aluminum and haptic surfaces clean the same way. Avoid abrasives and harsh chemicals.

Most designs come in four sizes: 28.5"×18", 35"×24", 43"×27.5" and 55"×35". Square, round, panoramic, surfboard, triptych and quadro formats have their own size sets.

Aluminum pieces run 23.5"×15.5", 35"×23.5" and 45.5"×29.5", plus a square series in 15"×15", 24"×24", 31"×31" and 45"×45". Rolled canvas runs from 12"×8" up to 72"×48" across eleven sizes.
