Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

For arbitrary returns, 10% restocking fee deduction is applied over the total product price.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if the shipment has not yet been processed. However, if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, even if the 12-hour period has not passed.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If there is any damage on product box while you are receiving your product, please refuse accepting it and contact us immediately. Otherwise any defection claim because of transport can not be accepted.

You will get full refund if the item has problems regarding quality such as scratches on the print or cracked glass and in case you received wrong item. In order to get full refund, the items must be unused and in the same condition as it is received.

We'll also pay the shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (in case you received an incorrect or defective item). If not, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Under some ciscumstances you may get partial refunds such as:

  • Failure returning the item in its original package

  • Failure returning all parts of the product

Please note that we do not fully refund your returns if you placed the wrong size or the wrong item even if you benefited from free shipping, we deduct the shipping costs.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return shipment costs should be compensated by the buyer in arbitrary returns. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Easy Returns with Our Online Return System

Thanks to our strong return shipping agreements with leading carriers, we have made the return process simple, fast, and highly cost-effective for our customers.

To start a return, please click on the relevant return link. On the page that opens, enter your order number and the email address used when placing your order, then click the “Create Return” button to initiate the process.

You will be asked to complete the required fields, such as the reason for return and the product(s) you wish to return. After selecting your preferred return shipping carrier, your return request will be submitted to us for review.

Once your request is approved, you will be guided to a secure payment step where you can easily complete the return shipping fee payment using your credit card. After the payment is completed, our system will automatically generate and provide you with a return shipping label.

Please print the return shipping label and attach it securely to your package. Then, simply take the package to the designated address of the shipping carrier you selected and hand it over for shipment.

After your return shipment arrives at our warehouse and is inspected, your refund will be processed and issued back to the original payment method used for your order.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
