As soon as we were informed that one package had not been delivered, we immediately arranged and shipped a replacement via FedEx. Unfortunately, that replacement also experienced an unusually long carrier delay, which is not the delivery experience we expect for our customers.
Since the replacement had still not been delivered and you requested a refund for the missing piece, we processed that refund promptly.
While carrier delays are outside our direct control and fortunately occur very rarely, we always take immediate action when a shipping issue is reported — whether that means arranging a replacement or providing the appropriate refund.

This is my favorite wall in my house. It decorates the front entrance to my home and I wanted this beautiful piece to be the first impression for my guests.

This piece is really beautiful. It’s the perfect addition to our coastal living area. I love the shiny surface vs a print. You can see the reflection in the photo. I wanted a beach scene and was looking at print after print but wanted something special. My only regret is I didn’t spend more money on a bigger one. It’s a piece that draws attention. LOVE it.
