Is mounting hardware included?
Yes — galvanized steel floating mount hardware included. Screws and wall plugs not included (vary by wall type). Installation takes under 10 minutes with the included guide.
Do the prints fade over time?
No. We use DURST UV direct-to-glass printers with UV-resistant inks — rated for 100+ years indoors. Colors are cured directly into the glass surface at 1200 dpi.
Is tempered glass safe?
Yes. Our 3/16" (4 mm) glass is heat-tempered — 5x stronger than standard glass. If the glass ever does break, it fractures into small blunt granules instead of sharp shards.
Will the glass arrive damaged?
Very unlikely. Every piece is protected with custom corner foam inserts (larger sizes get additional EVA foam padding), then placed in a reinforced cardboard box made to fit each product and size. Each piece is quality-checked before dispatch. If anything arrives damaged, we replace it immediately — no questions asked.
What is GREENGUARD Gold certification?
UL GREENGUARD Gold means our inks have been independently tested for extremely low chemical emissions — the highest indoor air quality standard. Safe for homes with children, pets, and healthcare environments.
Can I order a custom design?
Yes, two ways. You can use Insigne AI Studio to generate an original design with AI, or visit our Custom Product page to upload your own image — choose your size, shape, and order directly. We enhance every uploaded image for print quality before production. If a file doesn't meet our standards, we'll reach out before printing — we never print low-resolution images.
What is your return policy?
30-day returns. Full refund for any quality issue. 10% restocking fee for change-of-mind. Custom and AI-generated orders non-returnable. Cancel within 12 hours before production begins.

Can I use the product outdoors?
